Pros

They take time to train and invest in their employees, you visit different sites, have fun team building activities and get an in depth understanding of the company and their overall goals. They give you some freedom to work from home or take a break if needs be, my manager did anyway. At one of the reward ceremonies Sean Zimdahl the CEO gave an inspiring speech about speaking up and putting your own ideas forward. I often saw him in the Holborn office and he seems very personable and genuine. The office environment is young and hungry, they play music and ring bells if someone reaches their target which is nice. There is fruit/tea/coffee and a lot of free lunches, when you join the management team take you out to lunch

Cons

Although the training is thorough it is quite factual and theory based but most of it does not apply to the day to day tasks and it was extremely disorganized in terms of practical training. Everyone seemed to have their own way of doing things which made it hard to learn as every member of the team would show you a different technique. Heavily male dominated, not really a con just a heads up

Pros

Aston Carter provided excellent opportunities for professional growth, career progression, and leadership development. I had the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare and insurance clients in the country, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Like many staffing and recruiting organizations, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and performance goals. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams. However, these challenges also create opportunities for growth and development.
