Pros

High earnings potential Potential promotions Good benefits and PTO when you hit hours worked

Cons

Management is inept and unexperienced. They do not now how to motivate employees other than through money. Very condescending feedback and when you’re asked to give management feedback they make you feel guilty about whatever you say. They do not really want to hear it. The place is toxic and coworkers love to tell you how much money they make, as a matter of fact everyone’s earnings are sent out to the whole company each week. You are made to feel guilty for taking your full hour for lunch and leaving when the day is over is looked down upon. Expected to stay past the already 10hr work days. Also selling contract work in this current work environment is not exactly easy. People want good benefits and security in the world we are in today.

Pros

Aston Carter provided excellent opportunities for professional growth, career progression, and leadership development. I had the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare and insurance clients in the country, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Like many staffing and recruiting organizations, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and performance goals. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams. However, these challenges also create opportunities for growth and development.
