I received an offer back in November and was told my start date would be November 15th and that the equipment would be en route. I reached out to recruiter, Alex Elterman, the day prior to leaving my now previous employer, to inquire about the equipment that I had not yet received. At that time he states that it was re-routed as my criminal background hasn’t cleared and wouldn’t clear until 11/30. My last correspondence with him was December 6th in which he text stating “your criminal background cleared and I’m working on getting you a start date”. That was nearly two months ago. Two months of no pay or insurance and during the holidays. I’m appalled at the incompetence and disregard that I received. I would never recommend this company.

The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Like many staffing and recruiting organizations, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and performance goals. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams. However, these challenges also create opportunities for growth and development.
