Pros
There are many incredibly smart individuals who are passionate about their work. Cross functional communication was great most times, and people are always willing to teach and share information.
Cons
Leadership does not provide clear communication and often says one thing while enforcing or supporting the opposite, some might call the message fake or delusional. We worked off of unrealistic goals and was not given the support required to meet those goals. The work environment is generally toxic due to rumors, misconduct, and lack of communication.
