There are no pros- if you are ready to work for free and forget about money then join this company.
Cons
1. Salary has been delayed - earlier there used to be a delay of 5-6 months. Now there is a delay of the same time frame and plus if you get paid during the month it is only 40% of your take home.
2. The company has shifted from a bigger office (in Seepz) to a smaller office (Mahape) but still they are not able to pay salaries.
3. The company website will say the headcount is 40-50 but the actual headcount is hardly 15 and many are looking for an opportunity to quit.
4. The former employees have not been paid their dues including employees who quit in 2012 till today. In short, current employees are not getting their salaries and ex-employees are also not getting their dues.
