Pros
You will not be working with Astrion, you will be working for some client. This company basically finds bodies to fill billets. You may have a task lead, but most of your taskings will come from the client (usually government contracts).
Cons
You may be off in some side team with very little support from your company. They provide ZERO training, you sink or swim with no support. There is no upward mobility, you are pretty much put in a position, and there's nowhere to go, unless you jump around to other contractors. Do not expect to be one any sort of a corporate growth track, you are a body in a billet supporting a client.
