Pros
direct report was good, but this is a small company that got absorbed by another larger company, and the transition was weird.
Cons
didn't uphold their "unlimited PTO" and then started to ask for why I used time off, when it was scheduled and reasons were included in my original request. Yes, people were abusing the unlimited aspect, but those of us who were using it correctly were getting punished and told we could no longer use PTO past 80 hours.
