Cons
Based on my experience, AstroScience Technologies presents itself well on the surface but falls short in execution and employee management. The biggest concern is the lack of alignment between management and HR. Commitments made during hiring—especially regarding salary and role expectations—are not consistently honored. In some cases, compensation discussed initially is significantly reduced at the time of payout, which raises serious concerns about transparency and ethics. There also appears to be a clear lack of structure and vision within the organization. Processes are unclear, decision-making feels inconsistent, and there is little evidence of long-term planning. This results in mismanagement and an environment where employees are expected to meet unreasonable demands without adequate support or fair compensation. While the office setup may give a good first impression, the internal work culture does not reflect the same standard. Employee well-being, growth, and satisfaction do not seem to be priorities. I would strongly advise candidates to proceed with caution. If you do consider joining, do so with clear written agreements and realistic expectations. Otherwise, this may only be suitable as a very short-term option rather than a stable career move.
