Impossible expectations with work load. Pay seems good until you realize how much is expected. There does, however, seem to be a big difference in work load from one region to another so you might get lucky. However, if you don’t, you’re expected to perform at the same level as those with a much smaller work load. Also, there are really no company benefits and only 10 PTO days total for the year no matter how long you work for them.

Pain is temporary. Bad business is forever

Not only will you be promised a higher salary for your hard work, when the time comes for the CEO to pay up, he will tell you that you were never worth the original rate to begin with. No HR, no direction from management, CEO makes everyone feel worthless while not providing goals short term or long. The workplace environment is tangibly negative, and anyone working there will tell you the same.
