Pros

Colleagues are nice to work with

Cons

Flip flop dictatorship. No one moves a finger without Founder's OK. Worse still she constantly changes her mind, company's direction, products and employee's role and responsibilities whenever she likes. Any decision can be overturned rescinded within an hour or two. After a bad meeting or thought, she lashes out on the first person she sees. Employees are hired to do a particular role but when you start, it changes, constantly regardless if you written or recorded proof, she rejects. She scolds, insults, abuses, body shame employees. This is done openly even in front of guests, board of directors, colleagues and students. She uses and bullies full paying students - forcing them to offer their time to her bidding. Terrible management, abusive work culture and no business strategy. You are either with her or you are not. No empowerment, no direction. Everyday everyone is busy creating and changing PPT presentations only to be scolded during meetings. A meeting is never on point, always ... yes, all meetings over run from an hour to hours of listening to her telling people how stupid and useless they are.
