Everything else: clients, system, management; you're forced to use their proprietary dialing software, their script , and you're berated if you deviate from either one. By berated, I mean Phil Foti (the owner/CEO) will hurl 4-letter words at you and say things no CEO or manager should EVER say to a subordinate. Then again, this was 4+ years ago. Maybe things have changed. Proceed with caution. If you love using a headset and an auto dialer, maybe this is the job for you.
