Overall, my experience working with Phil was a very positive one! Not only was I afforded the opportunity to work with great companies, but I always felt like I was supported, set up to succeed and treated as a valued partner. As a new Mom, the opportunity to work from home and take on as many or as few job req's as I wanted was just the opportunity I was looking for at the time. Phil was always a respectful and motivating manager, who brings decades of passion and experience to his work. He was always available for sage advice! - Little to no communication with other team members. For example, I would've liked more opportunities to work with sales people to help foster long-term relationshps with clients.
