Pros

Working from home when needed. Dress code. Semi flexible hours.

Cons

Broken promises. Senior management not open to ideas. Executives could care less about years of service, dedication, ideas. Some departments get anything they ask for when others have to get by on what they are given. Egos are an issue with some employees. There is no transparency everything seems to be a need to know basis. All projects are given high priority. Sales team knows nothing about what they are selling and could probably care less. Company protocols are a joke. Some employees are favored and treated as royalty.

Pros

Great team. Great products. Clear focus on future development and future of pharmacy.

Cons

Really there are none. If you enjoy working towards a goal you will enjoy this company. If you like measuring results then you will like this company.

Pros

Has a very resilient history, able to survive through economic cycles and market saturation by broadening into new areas. Flexible work environment/dress code. A small core of outstanding long-term employees.

Cons

In a space where partnering with others vendors would be beneficial and allow the company to focus on its strengths, the leaders have historically been unable to "play nice" well enough to build lasting relationships. They don't trust others and are therefore not trusted. An "Us v Them" culture prevails between development and sales, with micromanagement, blame, and lack of accountability ruling the days. Employee churn is an issue, outside of those long-term veteran employees. The company desperately wants to scale but has neither the understanding of what it takes, nor the discipline required, to do so. There is no consideration for the organizational capacity to deliver. Everything is first priority and highest severity.
