      Full training for the job you will be doing, internal systems are very helpful for doing the job, helpful supervisors

      Cons

      Very little benefits, they promise a pay, but you're only paid what you were promised when you finish your probation period which in Puerto Rico is 9 months.

      Nothing to be honest, i have been with Atento for more than 6 months and from recruiting to production everything has been phenomenal.
