Pros
A few good eggs in the US basket that have unfortunately mostly all been laid off.
Cons
If you're in the US do not join this company. The communication between you and HR is non-existent. I was originally told I had 10 vacation days, then when they went to move my job to another country (e.g. Puerto Rico - which is still the United States btw) they said I had unlimited vacation. There were SEVERAL different people in HR during my short stint here. This was by far the most unorganized, racist, and cutthroat company I've ever worked at. The things I heard management say about different cultures, cities, and people would make someone working in Corporate America in the 80's cringe. If management's mindset is always that they could get someone in another country to do the work cheaper, then what good is having a US base? It very well known that everyone is seemingly replaceable. You boil down to your salary, not the talents you bring. Also there is no track to develop your professional skills here.
