      Good client, but really bad management

      Cons

      Horrible equipment (PC etc.) for a "Premium" account. Abuse of law given benefits (getting vacation time was extremely hard), in todays market horrible salary for a "Premium" account

      The job is gratifying; we truly help people in their time of need. The work description is completely accurate.

      Nothing to be honest, i have been with Atento for more than 6 months and from recruiting to production everything has been phenomenal.
