      I have a boss that I absolutely love. My coworkers are super friendly and welcoming. We work independently on our assays but we still work together as a team.

      My manager made it very clear that he cared about my professional development and well being.

      Some medtechs who have been there for several years can be quite negative and jaded. At the time I was there, the EHS officer was not doing her job.
