Pros
International team, generally speaking people are nice (with notable exceptions).
Cons
The work environment is generally really bad, in part due to the fact that people are not treated as professionals or appreciated at all, but on the contrary they are constantly being reminded of how disposable they are. The Ops evaluation system is solely based on the numeric results of the moment, without considering any qualitative aspects, and usually disregarding things like if someone solved a particularly difficult project or the results of previous months. Vacation requests are often rejected because the system is really strict. Because of the high turnover, HR is so busy hiring that they are usually not involved with personnel issues. The work and payment are very different in reality than what is advertised on the website or discussed during the interview process. Management is very poorly trained, defensive and not open to the team asking questions or offering constructive criticism; they are very inclined to "fear" their way into obtaining results. The work per se is repetitive and call-center like, and in my time there it was commonly expected to lie, even if I expressed my discomfort with it. The good reviews they have on Glassdoor are obviously written by the company.
