Management needs work - Customer Success Manager Athenium Analytics Employee Review

Management could use some work with overall company strategy and basic communication to their employees. Quarterly company-wide updates are the only source of information from management on company health and departments rarely interact with each other. Frequent layoffs make employees feel like they could be next at any moment. Not a great atmosphere to foster employees to stay. High turnover in many positions and software is outdated with messy codebase making the speed at which new employees familiarize to the products extremely slow.
