Employee Review - Supervisor Athens Administrators Employee Review

Moving to Athen's in the TPA space was a big decision. I had seniority and a great team behind me at in my prior role, but work/life balance was diminishing. One of the things Athen's prides itself on is culture and cultivation of work/life balance. Since beginning with this organization a year ago, both have been exemplified time and time again. While there are ebbs and flows as with any claims organization, Athen's has been incredibly transparent with all things related to staffing, responsibilities and projected growth, which is already evident. This was a very crucial step in my personal and professional trajectories, which I intend to park with Athens for the near and distant future.
