      Pros

      - Pay is decent for the area, if you're starting out and Micro offers some decent employee perks like employee lunches and paid training. -You'll work on a lot of different devices/hardware so you won't get bored. -Other employees are great and make it bearable enough to stick around -Will look good on a resume when you eventually find another place to go to

      Cons

      - HR won't promote you to a better position, outside candidates are the only people they'll consider. -You can get fired at a moments notice and they're always collecting applications without any intention of hiring people to make sure they'll have someone lined up for your job, all of the positions listed online are filled. Very scummy. -Management has no idea what they're doing and it adds unnecessary stress to the job, very detached.

If you feel that you’re being overlooked by HR or management for advancement opportunities then please reach out to them. Our goal is to align our business objectives with our employee’s career aspirations. Also, we prefer the use of progressive discipline rather than firing someone at a moment’s notice. By using progressive discipline, we allow the employee to correct their actions before further discipline is needed. In addition, we are looking to improve communication between our employees and management. Furthermore, always feel free to let HR know if you’re stressed. Thanks again for your feedback.       Opportunity to work from home, decent pay, pay for certifications

      Cons

      Annoying time keeping procedures, hourly budget for projects that is often unreasonable, expectation to work after hours far more often than they claim. Running on less crew than they need.

      We appreciate you taking the time to write this review. However, we strongly disagree with you that only some of our employees are good people. Our employees are the most helpful, smart, and genuine group of people that I have had the pleasure of working with. Everyone you worked with tried to help you succeed. You were hired for a 40 hour per week job though and you routinely missed work averaging just 32 hours per week. You were allowed to do this due to your personal issues which we feel was very generous to you, treating you like family. I am sorry you did not see it that way. The timekeeping procedures are typical in this industry and especially important for hourly employees who are missing a lot of work like you were. I am sorry that seemed to be such a burden to you. Overall, I think we both realized this was not the right job for you at this time in your life. Sometimes things work out that way and we had no hard feelings to you upon your departure. It saddens us all here to now find you think most of us are bad people. We cannot disagree strongly enough.
