Employee development culture, salary and bonuses way above market and fully covered by insurance(benefits etc). Multi-cultural sales environment in tourism that gives you the opportunity to interract with ppl from all over the world and potential to get promotions after just a few months in other fields too.
Cons
Some ppl do not like how organised and goal-driven is the day to day work load. If you like achieving and learning sth through your daily routine you will love it.
