Pros

Pay rate Ability to move up in store-level management Benefits were very affordable Pto (assuming you get to actually use it when you want, rather than just to save payroll). Starts with 4 weeks, 5 years gets you another week. Employee discount People you work with day to day are usually amazing.

Cons

Communication Micromanagement like crazy HR does nothing helpful with employee concerns. Management is conditioned to be constantly anxious of a surprise visit and afraid of getting their head bit off for just doing their best. Expectation and accountability surrounding certain KPIs and credit acquisition DURING A PANDEMIC were insane, and not consistently enforced based on favoritism. The turnover should speak for itself. Good intentions on diversity and inclusion, but little follow through. They committed to not allowing an offer to be extended on a candidate unless a person of color was interviewed. They definitely don't do that. If you work there, you are just a warm body.

Pros

Very black & white on policies. You always know what is right or wrong.Operationally strong company that allows movement between brands. Decent pay if you advocate for yourself as an external, but don’t expect much once you’re in.

Cons

Company has changed direction so much since COVID. Seems like there’s no clear idea on who we are anymore.Senior leadership feels like a revolving door that only succeeds in spinning tires with no traction. We love to initiate something only to either sunset it months later or leave it in limbo(WellPro). The amount of stress pushed on stores to meet credit goals is absurd to the point it inspires unethical behaviors in certain stores.
