Competitive pay and opportunities, but employee voices undervalued - Anonymous employee Athletico Employee Review

Pros

Competitive pay, size of the company provides access to career paths and mobility opportunities.

Cons

The new executive team made quick judgments without fully listening to employee perspectives. Listening sessions felt surface-level, and seemed to reinforce any preexisting assumptions that were implied. Employee expertise and contributions were often undervalued, and those who raised alternative ideas risked being sidelined or other negative consequences.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
