Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my time at athletico! My coworkers are awesome. I love working with patients. The tasks (laundry, cleaning, charts, etc) can feel monotonous but the patients always keep things interesting.

Cons

Compared to comps, the rehab aide position is underpaid at $11.50/hr. The therapists/clinic magnets are amazing but tend to over extend themselves so extra work trickles down sometimes.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
