Pros

Flexible, remote work, 1:1 training available, collaborative

Cons

They say there’s room for growth but there’s not. Even if you try to transfer to another department for a promotion, they will choose someone who’s already in that department over you. The “competitive merit increases” are a whopping .50¢ and bonuses are based on the entirety of the billing team meeting their goals

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
