Cons
Regional Managers and Athletico management lacks vision, creativity, and values, they want the "cookie cutter" approach. As long as your willing to go along with this, you're fine. Expect your performance to be constantly monitored and measured with (high) productivity metrics. Expect "squeezing in patients", double books, and working outside of your regular hours. You will rely on delegating work to your poorly paid revolving door of techs. Your raises will be minimal at best, less than 3%. Clinicians are "incentivized" with the potential of bonuses, but are not fair in relation to amount of work performed. Upper management is a "boys club" so don't expect much career advancement, there a long line ahead of you. If your an experienced clinician, you or your ideas won't be valued-your job is too bill more units. Heavy marketing is a requirement and you have to compete against other Athletico clinics for volume and MD referrals. Was not a rewarding experience.
