      Pros

      The benefits are decent and there are a number of locations so you can usually get something relatively close to you.

      Cons

      There is a big push to cycle patients in and out like a factory, focusing on how many units you are billing and not on what the patient actually needs. You get 30 minutes of "documentation time" during lunch and everything else you need to accomplish where you can. Not very impressed with management or the overall company values/standards.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
