      Pros

      Good experience for prospective PT students. A joy to work with patients.

      Cons

      Poorly managed, rehab aides were frequently Mis-managed and punished for things outside of their control, was promised a certain number of hours at hiring and instead was only given 4 hours a week no matter what availability, management was completely unresponsive and did not provide necessary tools to complete work, understaffed and reprimanded for struggling, poor communication between management and staff. Management was the biggest issue.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
