      Pros

      - The team I worked with was very friendly - Manager willing to work with my school schedule - Patients were typically friendly and nice to talk to - Nice working environment; clinic I worked at was new

      Cons

      - High workload; low pay - Can be a steep learning curve - Even if your clinic is great, the bigger decisions are made by corporate and I've heard complaints of the company expecting people to do extra work (due to staffing issues at other clinics) and refusing to compensate employees for their extra work

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
