Pros

- good insurance coverage (PPO) - good CEU expenses coverage - fair amount of PTO -competitive salary for new grad - wide variety of patient populations

Cons

- push to build schedule as much as possible (13/day, if not encouraged to double book) - higher ups don’t listen to suggestions for improvement from workers - annoying about max amount of billing based on insurance - limited room for salary increase - no sick days - no time and a half for working Saturdays when over 40 hrs for the week

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

Pros

A few coworkers made the place tolerable.

Cons

4 CEOs in 5 years, yikes. Round after round of mass layoffs, millions of dollars in the red. Horrible company culture, pay and benefits. Current CEO rating speaks for itself. This company is a sinking ship.
