Pros

You don't have to work weekends.

Cons

Low pay for everything you have to do! your expected to be a receptionist and work with patients. Therapists are mostly nice but they supervise EVERYTHING you do (which makes sense but still annoying). Some patients are super rude to you and wont respect you since your not a therapist. Basically your there to do anything that the therapists need because they are too busy to do it themselves. And again the pay is ridiculous.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
