      Pros

      Amazing day-to-day work with their business partner. I worked in 2 teams so far and both of them were a delight to work with. Working as a contractor with their partner looks great on resume. Paid certifications are very nice. Nice compensation.

      Cons

      I tend to be a little worried near contract renovation time, but job stability is proving to be higher than I initialy presumed.

      Pros

      I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

      Cons

      The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
