The Founders really wants to make things right and I appreciate it We really think and work as a team Very flexible with hours and your work style, as long as you accomplish project goals and deadlines

The company is growing fast, which means things get chaotic sometimes Very low salaries, in comparison with similar companies I feel that the effort I put doesn't get recognized because i am part-time and not a full-time employee Only a few chosen ones get the privilege to receive training and learning from industry experts
