Pros
Large array of work experience gained. Be it customer service collects. Training your analytical ability. Forklifting. Stock takes. Pick/packing. Making pallets. Sap software. Time and a half for anything over 40 hrs. Potentially a stepping stone into the white collar world as you can do basic filing, basic computing work, etc. Job is simple in some ways. Very challenging in others.
Cons
It can feel like a flat hierarchy. It can feel micro-managed. You have to be careful being that it's heavy and sharp metal products. At the time there was an issue with workspace of stock. But has since been dealt with. Like most warehousing jobs it first starts fairly straight-forward. But as you go along you can somewhat feel underpaid based on the multiple responsibilities to the point one may feel like an underpaid unofficial supervisor. Of course one's feelings are subjective. It can be your stereotypical blue collar environment be it humour, sports, personalities. Forklifting 6 metre products may potentially be a challenge for some. Especially with regards who is guiding you on the forklifts. Different people giving different directions so hence can be confusing. It's a road map approach.
