Cons
Working weekends and pressured by management to work holidays. Lots of constant pressure to work off shift times and on weekends and holidays. Gets exhausting and if people speak out they are targeted. No real direction from leaders, not sure what a six month plan looks like here. Key areas of the product are consistently unusable, with broken infrastructure on the backend. Escalating and fixing issues has become so difficult I get a pit in my stomach every time I need to escalate a problem to engineering. Knowing I’ll need to chase engineers for the next two weeks to find someone who can fix the issue. Support management has allowed a “soft close” policy on all engineering tickets, ensuring we need to chase engineers constantly. Terrible customer experience, others have spoken up and been fired for it. Not sure what management is doing, this used to be a working product and company but seems like it’s going the other direction in the past year.
