Pros
Leadership truly cares for employees. I hired on just before COVID hit. The pandemic was hard on a huge number of companies, but the arts were hit HARD - we could do no live performances! However, they managed to keep everybody employed (with leadership taking huge pay cuts, tiered down the pay scale, so people who earned less lost less pay.) Communication was a maintained during the summer, though which a diversity and inclusion team was formed to help improve diversity and internal relationships within the company. Leadership is easy to talk to and there is a general feeling that it is ok to email or otherwise reach out to them if necessary, no matter what position you are employed in.
