ILI is a great place to work that values its employees, gives them responsibility and rewards risk taking. A supportive environment for both new and experienced teachers.

The organization has taken its time to develop a good model. Now it needs to think about taking this proven system and expand to new locations.

Decent pay and offers enough hours

Insane management. Won’t expand but the toll on my mental health has been ridiculous. Pay is always late.
