Management is unprofessional, incompetent, and immature. They're also barely on-site, which leads to miscommunication and breakdowns that you're left to figure out on your own. No health benefits during a pandemic, by the way, but you're expected to be in the office every day. No diversity of background or opinion. No staff writers, only freelancers they can get rid of when they feel like it. I could go on and on.
