Lack of Leadership and Communication is Sinking the Company - Account Manager Atlanta Landscape Group Employee Review

The president's hands-off approach has allowed the COO to drive this company into the ground. In meeting after meeting, we're handed unrealistic sales goals with no clear strategy or support. Communication from upper management is practically non-existent, leaving us in the dark about the company's direction. It's frustrating and demoralizing when no one seems to know what's going on. Adding to the hypocrisy, we're expected to follow a list of company values while the COO and president consistently do everything but adhere to them. There's a definite need for more transparency and leadership.
