Pros
The starting pay isn’t bad. There are a lot of team building and group activities. Bi-weekly meetings are a plus. They give you on the job training with a seasoned chef to help you get settled into your client’s home.
Cons
No health benefits. You have to use your car a lot. If there is a shortage of chefs, you won’t be able to take off. You must work Valentine’s Day.
