Working at Atlanta Technical College provided valuable opportunities to meet great people and build strong professional networks. I also found HR to be flexible in terms of scheduling and accommodations, which helped with work-life balance.

However, I observed that overall employee morale and interpersonal skills among staff were low. There seemed to be a culture that allowed negative energy to set the tone of the workplace. Additionally, HR sometimes operated with a threatening rather than supportive approach, which contributed to a tense environment.
