Pros
Amazing mentors from whom you can learn a lot. Amazing people in the company, friendly teams. Good organization of the teams, there is a clear structure with different parts of the team who all have specific responsibilities. Complex projects with a lot to learn.
Cons
Its hard to progress to Senior engineering roles unless you are lucky with specific changes in the team structure. Sometimes slow with increasing salary. Employee evaluation happening once a year.
