Pros

You get paid. You find out who’s real and who’s faker than a mannequin. The ice machine is the only best thing about this place besides getting a paycheck every 2 weeks.

Cons

Where do I start? Management is a joke. Employees will turn their backs on you. You get bullied and harassed by both managers and employees. Doesn’t matter your race or gender. Managers and employees talk down to you like you’re worthless. Managers set you up to fail. I came to them for a problem I was having and they all ignored me and the situation. The managers will write you up for something petty. One of the supervisors who doesn’t care about his job nor his employees, treats many employees like their not worthy of the job title that they have. Iv been disrespected and spoken down to by this supervisor countless times. All of the managers are only concerned about their bonuses. Iv seen so many people quit because they screw their employees over with either too much overtime and not enough sleep or 40 hours a week and promised overtime. Iv also seen people get fired for standing up for themselves, calling it how they see it and stating their opinions. This place is like working at a daycare facility.

Pros

Health insurance benefits are solid and the company has an established corporate structure. Pay is consistent, but those are the only notable positives.

Cons

Local management is ineffective, unprofessional, and visibly disengaged. Direct leadership lacked initiative, accountability, and basic communication skills, often appearing indifferent unless corporate oversight was involved. Expectations were unclear and inconsistently enforced, creating a disorganized and frustrating work environment. There was a noticeable reliance on surveillance rather than leadership. After receiving a final warning, camera monitoring became excessive and felt targeted, as if management was more focused on finding reasons to terminate employees than actually supporting improvement. The overall culture is unsupportive and transactional. Employees are treated as expendable rather than valued, which contributes to low morale, lack of trust, and high turnover. Stronger leadership at the local level is clearly lacking.
