Colleagues were hardworking and diligent.
Cons
The bank didn't afford tellers suitable breaks in between work because of all the customers. The job is very much demanding and wasn't for me, but it teaches you responsibility and allows you to grow. There is opportunity to climb up the corporate ladder if you work hard and stay committed.
