Very good culture. nice people

typical office work and 9-5

Benefits and 401k match were generous

-Constant stress -micromanagement and being overworked -no real HR -the worst bullying and unapproachable management imaginable -no actual orientation/training/onboarding -overall cold and unfriendly -horrible location if you don't live in the middle of Boston, not reimbursed for commuting. There is a parking garage under the building but I wasn't allowed to park there, had to pay $50 per day in a garage -basically paid minimum wage for a Boston job
