This is hands down one of the most toxic, soul-draining companies I’ve ever experienced. There is zero room for growth, zero respect for employees, and absolutely no real leadership. The boss is cold and unapproachable, and it’s very clear who the favorites are. She will never hear you out, never listen to feedback, and never take accountability. Instead, she takes credit when things go right and shifts blame when they don’t, all while lacking the skills to actually manage people. The environment is miserable constant overwork, unrealistic expectations, and no appreciation whatsoever. Morale is basically nonexistent because everyone is burned out and walking on eggshells. Leaving this company was the best thing I could have done for my mental health. You will genuinely be happier anywhere else. If you value your time, well-being, or dignity, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
