ABSOLUTELY NONE! AC in office it's on even in the winter (hard to concentrate when you are always freezing)
Cons
No brakes and when you take your lunch, managers come to the lounge and tell you to take a client's call. High turnaround, new hires quit as soon as they see the BS which this company thrives on. You are told one thing and 2 minutes later you are asked to do the complete opposite. You get mini heart attacks every day, this job will stress you out completely. You will be on call 24/7 so you don't have a life of your own EVER!
