      Pros

      I took the job even though it paid very low. I was hoping I would be able to advance in the company but that never happened.

      Cons

      If your looking to work for a company that honors its workers and pays well don't work here. The pay is a joke you can't live off of what they pay you and they don't offer raises. Its also a very stressful job. The benefits are awful as well.

      Pros

      Great training, Great people to work with. They want the best for their employees and want them to grow within the company.

      Cons

      No negatives for me. It is a smaller company compared to some of the other giant property management companies around.
