      Free insurance and great support from your Regional.

      Cons

      The director is very difficult to work with directly. It feels like you have to brown nose in order for her to cut you slack. She micromanages so much that she causes you to make mistakes.

      Pros

      Great training, Great people to work with. They want the best for their employees and want them to grow within the company.

      Cons

      No negatives for me. It is a smaller company compared to some of the other giant property management companies around.
